I was a little confused at first because I expected the usual random travel spam, but the alerts actually matched trips I’d been looking at. The deals were good and felt relevant, which was a nice surprise.

I ended up finding a good deal faster than expected, which was nice because I was already getting tired of looking. I’d definitely use it again.

Support did reply in the end, but I had to follow up twice before hearing back. It wasn’t the worst experience, but the wait felt a bit frustrating and not great if you need help quickly...
